用途
超声波在线干式清洗机是新型非接触式干式清洗设备。其长度和清洗范围可以根据用户的需要来选样、拼装组合。从而满足各种不同生产工艺流程的需求，使设备具有更广泛的适应性。
主要用于清洗晶片，LCD/TP/IC载板，镜头等表面粉尘、杂质、颗粒，3μm以上的非湿粘附性粉尘能99%除去。
