该仪器是我公司针对客户提供蓝宝石晶锭定角度进
行测量定向粘结而研发设计的，解决了大尺寸晶体不能
在普通定向仪上测量定向粘结的难题，保证了大尺寸晶
体定向粘结的准确性。
    该仪器上下升降系统及前后上料均由步进电机驱动操作简单，先进的PLC程序稳定可靠，故障率低可长时间连续无故障运行。设备的专用二维夹具调整范围为?4度，可有效满足300kg以内晶锭的粘接定向，操作者可以很容易调整出所测量定向的角度，特制对称锁紧装置可避免切割或掏棒引起的夹具松动。360度旋转复检一键完成方便准确，有效的减轻了操作者的工作强度，从而减少了单件定向的时间，提高了生产率。
该仪器采用了高端传感器，可以自动寻找基准点，大大提高了检测效率。
The instrument system’s jacking system and pre-and-post feeding system are both driven by motor. The advanced PLC program is stable and reliable, low failure rate- long continuous trouble-free operation. Special equipment 2-dimensional clamp’s adjustment range is ? 4 degrees, can effectively achieve up to 300kg weighted ingot’s bonding orientation, the operator can easily adjust out the measured orientation angle, special symmetrical locking device can avoid clamp’s loose that arising by cutting or dig rods. 360 degree rotation recheck facilitates operation and is accurate, effectively reducing the working intensity of an operator and reducing a single crystal ingot’s orientation time and increasing productivity.
The instrument uses a high advanced sensor which can automatically find a reference point , greatly improving the detection efficiency.
